The Elder
Care Locator is a public service of the U.S. Administration
on Aging. The Eldercare Locator connects older Americans and their
caregivers with sources of information on senior services. The
service links those who need assistance with state and local area
agencies on aging and community-based organizations that serve
older adults and their caregivers.

The Full Circle of Care
website provides "hands-on" information chosen specifically
to address the practical realities of caregiving. The Full Circle
of Care site provides local resource links for the entire state
of North Carolina and provides links to other state "Divisions
of Aging" and Area Agencies on Aging to address the needs
of long-distance caregivers.
Help for Long-Distance Caregivers
The National Institute of Health has developed a new booklet entitled So Far Away: Twenty Questions
for Long-Distance Caregivers. The booklet focuses on some of the issues unique to long-distance
caregiving and offers ideas and resources that can help make the situation more manageable and satisfying.
