Most regulations adopted by the commission are enforceable (effective and operative) upon the date of publication of the Notice of Adoption in the New Jersey Register. The commission may assign a delayed operative date to a regulation upon adoption, in which case the regulation is not enforceable until the operative date.

The regulations in the documents available below have been adopted by the Commission but will not become enforceable until the date indicated above each group of regulations.
