On February 1, 2011, Governor Chris Christie signed legislation known as S-12, which transferred responsibility for receiving financial and statistical infromation that pertains to casino operations from the Casino Control Commission to the Division of Gaming Enforcement.

The Casino Control Commission website will maintain historical statistics and data received prior to the implementation of S-12.
