On the Job Training
On the Job Training (OJT) is a program that offers an incentive to businesses to receive either up to six months, or 50% of an employee's wages. The training is provided by the employer and assists in helping the new hire to match the qualifications/skills necessary to satisfy the job requirements.

Mercer County Loan Fund
A revolving loan fund that provides between $25,000 - $125,000 for start-up and expansion of Mercer County businesses. Rate is prime plus 2%.

Our unique database software allows us to search for available commercial properties to locate your business.
