On Tuesday, March 21, 2017, the Mercer County Commission on the Status of Women and Mercer County Executive, Brian M. Hughes, will host a cocktail reception at Mercer Oaks Clubhouse in Princeton Junction to present awards for the Woman of Achievement and the Young Woman of Achievement. The commission, which was established in 1976 to support the development of policies and programs for Mercer County women, is accepting nominations for these awards until Friday, November 4, 2016.
The Woman of Achievement Award was established to honor a Mercer County resident who volunteers her time to make the county a better place to live, raise a family and work. The Young Woman of Achievement Award honors a high school student for her outstanding volunteer work within the county.
Nomination criteria and forms are available below. If you have any questions, please contact Karen Conti at 609-989-6719 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
