- Who Can Register?
To register in New Jersey you must be:
- You are a United States citizen.
- You will be 18 years old by the next election.
- You will be a resident of the county for 30 days before the election.
You are not eligible to register to vote if you are serving a sentence or on parole or probation, as a result of a conviction of an indictable offense under state or federal law or have been adjudged mentally incompetent.

- Where to Register
Applications for registration can be obtained from the County Clerk, Superintendent of Elections or Board of Elections office (Click here for Office Addresses ) or from your Municipal Clerk or the Division of Elections. Registration forms are also available in various State agencies and at Division of Motor Vehicle offices and can be obtained while transacting agency business. You can also print a registration application and after entering required data, mail it to the County Clerk, Superintendent of Elections or Board of Elections office.
In addition, this form can be used for name and address changes. The County Clerk, Superintendent of Elections or Board of Elections cannot accept faxed copies or an electronic transmission of a voter registration form since an original signature is required. The registrant must down load the form and send the hard copy to the County Clerk, Superintendent of Elections or Board of Elections. The registration deadline to vote at the next election is 21 days prior to Election Day. - Voter Drive

Voter Registration lists CD's and gummed labels can be obtained by contacting 609-989-6750 or downloading Voter Registration Lists Form and mail it to us.
We will need the following information from individuals requesting the files.
1. Name
2. Address
3. Describe the particulars of your request, and include the following statement - "This material will not be used for commercial purposes".
