TRENTON, N.J.—Mercer County’s Music Fest is back, and the 2009 Summer Concert Series will kick off Saturday, June 20 with a performance by 2U, which bills itself as “The World’s Second Best U2 Show!” The show begins at 5 p.m. at the Marina at Mercer County Park, Old Trenton Road, West Windsor.

An uncharacteristically wet spring has rained out many events over the past few weeks, and Mercer County has established a hotline for Music Fest fans. For up-to-the-minute information on the scheduled performance, please call (609) 448-7241.

Shows throughout the season, on Thursdays or Saturdays, offer something for every member of the family. Admission to the show is free. Available for sale will be foods from local restaurants and caterers, a beverage garden, and activities and prizes for children.
