Person selected for this positions: will report directly to the Director of Welfare at the third largest and busiest county social service agency in the state, be the administrator of the Fiscal Department, supervising a staff of 5 which includes Payroll.  Agency consists of approximately 550 employees providing various social service benefits to over 80,000 county residents.
