Program Description

The Support Specialist Program (SSP) consists of a comprehensive training curriculum developed to assist administrative support personnel with understanding their roles and functions as team members of working units within State and local government. The program emphasizes the knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with the expanding role of the Support Specialist in ever-changing organizations.

To promote learning opportunities beyond the classroom, SSP participants receive an eLearning subscription accessible via the NJ Learning Management System (LMS).
