A new diet and activity assessment tool from the United States Department of Agriculture is now available at www.mypyramidtracker.gov
The MyPyramid Menu Planner allows people to add their meals and snacks to see how the calories add up. The tool also tracks how many servings of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and meats and beans people get each day to see if they are meeting daily nutrition goals.
