Introduction:

The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to that responsible bidder whose proposal, conforming to this RFP is most advantagious to the State, price and other factors considered. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals to secure a contractor to provide third-party verification of program applicant’s and program participant’s social security numbers and earned income. The availability of this service to the program’s field offices is essential as it provides current information, and replaces to a large extent the more time-consuming and less reliable process of contacting individual employers identified by our clients or receiving outdated verification documents. Contract period will be 4/1/2016 - 12/31/2016
