Foundation for the Center for Hispanic Policy, Research
and
Development,
Inc.,sponsors
activities and raises funds for the support and promotion of
the Center for Hispanic Policy, Research and Development in
the New Jersey State Department of Community Affairs and its
several purposes. The Foundation is incorporated, organized
and operated in such a manner as to be eligible under applicable
Federal Law for tax-exempt status and for the receipt of tax-deductible
contributions. All funds received by the Foundation, other than
those necessary to pay for the expenses of the Foundation, are
used exclusively for the support and promotion of the CHPRD
and its several purposes. |
