Projects often require funding from more than one of the programs listed above. The UNIAP consolidates the application process across programs, in order to reduce the number of forms you need to fill out.

Before Applying: Review the program information available on this website and the program guidelines within the UNIAP.  Please contact the appropriate program staff, particularly if you are seeking Special Needs financing, for pre-application guidance and instructions. 

Tax Credit Owners Please Note: Any current Tax Credit owners planning to submit applications for the 2011 9% tax credit round are advised to contact their Compliance Analyst to verify there are no uncorrected noncompliance issues with current properties. Please view our Compliance Analyst list for contact information.



How do I download UNIAP?

Please Un-install any previous UNIAP and read these three steps before proceeding:

1. Click here to download UNIAP Setup 2011b (7.14 MB .EXE file). When prompted, choose Save to your computer.
   
   
2. Double click the downloaded "UNIAP_Setup_2011b" to begin installation. If older files are encountered just select "No to all" to replace them with these newer files. (Note: ''UNIAP_Setup_2011b" is used for the initial installation only.)
   
   
3. After installation, access UNIAP like any other program through Start - Programs - UNIAP.
