Credit Reporting Agencies The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency maintains an open list of qualified credit reporting agencies. Single-family credit reporting services are needed from time to time for loans that are originated by NJHMFA, including 100% Financing Program loans and other loans programs as needed. Assignments are made on a rotating basis. Parties interested in being included on the list for receiving a Request for Proposals should contact the Agency's procurement department.
