The Site Evaluator
The Site Evaluator is an interactive mapping tool that can be used to report not only if a project is located in a Smart Growth Area, but also if the project is eligible for various HMFA financing programs. For more information about Smart Growth, visit the Office of Smart Growth.
The Site Evaluator features refined geo-coding capabilities, enhanced program eligibility information, and census information at county, municipality, census tract and block group level. Check it out!
