Welcome to the 2015 Governor's Conference on Housing and Economic Development




IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DEADLINES  

  • Early Bird registration is available at a cost of $199.00 until July 28, 2017
  • After July 28, 2017, Standard registration will be available at a cost of $225.00
  • On-site registration will be $250.00 (CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS OR PURCHASE ORDERS ONLY)
  • Online registration closes September 8, 2017.


PAYING BY CHECK OR PURCHASE ORDER?  
Please download and print the Check and Purchase Order Payment Form (229k PDF), complete it and send it back with your payment. Please note: your registration and payment must be received by the noted payment deadlines in order to qualify for Early Bird or Standard Pricing.

To request invoices or W9 forms, please email njhousingconference@njhmfa.gov. Completed forms and payments can be mailed to: 2017 Governor's Conference on Housing and Economic Development, P.O. Box 18550, Trenton, NJ, 08650-2085, ATTN: Cynthia Gonzalez.    

Onsite registration at the Conference will be available at a cost of $250.00 and we will accept Credit Card and Purchase Order payments only.


IMPORTANT CONFERENCE ATTENDEE REGISTRATION INFORMATION - Please read.
Conference fee includes all Sessions and Conference materials, Trade Show, two breakfasts, two lunches, dessert reception and Networking Reception. In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the Conference, HMFA’s liability is limited to 100% refund of registration fees, and does not include penalty fees on travel tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other incurred expenses.

The attendee registration fee is fully refundable (less a $25 administrative fee) if the HMFA receives written notification postmarked or emailed no later than September 8, 2017. No refunds will be given for cancellations emailed or postmarked after September 8, 2017. All refund requests should be sent to the attention of Cynthia Gonzalez at njhousingconference@njhmfa.gov.

No refunds will be given to registrants who fail to attend. No-shows who have registered but have not paid are still liable for fees and will be invoiced. If a registrant is unable to attend, please notify Cynthia Gonzalez immediately in order to transfer the attendee’s registration information. 

Special Needs Notice: All public meeting rooms and facilities at Harrah's have assisted listening devices and are accessible to wheelchairs. If you have any special needs, please email njhousingconference@njhmfa.gov 


  • Please note your purchase will appear on your credit card statement with some or all of the following notation: "NEW JERSEY HOUSING AND MORTGAGE FINANCE AGENCY"

  • By registering, you  acknowledge  that  the  New  Jersey  Housing  and  Mortgage  Finance Agency (HMFA),  its  contractors, or agents may  take photographs  of attendees  in connection with the Conference,  and  you hereby  agree that HMFA  may, at  any  time  and  without  payment  of  compensation  of  any  sort,  use  and  publish  your  photograph  in  all  media (including websites)  and  types  of  advertising  and  promotion  in  connection with  activities  of  HMFA.

  • By registering, you  acknowledge  that  the  New  Jersey  Housing  and  Mortgage  Finance Agency  (HMFA) may use your name or company name to appear on a public list of attendees and/or sponsors.

What is the refund policy for attendees?
