Smart Growth begins with Smart Planning

The Department of Community Affairs (DCA) Office of Smart Growth is now accepting applications for the 2008 round of Smart Future Planning Grants. Please visit SAGE to view the available grant opportunities. Please note that the DCA Office of Smart Growth will consider only those applications that meet the specific criteria described in the RFP, and only one proposal per applicant will be accepted. We are requiring mandatory technical assistance meetings. Failure to fulfill the technical assistance meeting will result in the automatic rejection of an application.

OSG held two technical assistance meetings, attendance by a member of municipal staff is required of all applicants. Consultants can attend in addition to the municipal staff. Consultants can not represent the municipality on their behalf.
