REVISIONS TO NEW JERSEY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE (N.J.A.C.) TO ADDRESS FEDERAL PM-2.5 REQUIREMENTS
The New Jersey Department of Environmenetal Protection (NJDEP) has begun a process to revive N.J.A.C. 7:27-8, 18, 21, and 22 to address the Federal requirements regarding fine particulate (PM-2.5) air contaminants. On December 18, 2012, a meeting was held to discuss the planned revisions and gather stakeholder input and suggestions. The following are documents related to the 12/12/18 meeting.
The formal rule proposal and regular comment period will follow. Any future announcements on the propose rule will be distributed by the Air Quality Permitting Program Listserv (http://www.state.nj.us/dep/aqpp/listserv.html).
