New GP-017 and GP-018 replacing GP006 and GP-006A
The Department will no longer be issuing or renewing General Permits 006 and 006A as of April 2, 2009. Two new general permits (GP-017) and (GP-018) are replacing the current General Permits (GP-006) and (GP-006A). Listed below for your reference are the two new general permits and two department initiated letters.
General Permit(s) 017 and 018 will not be available for registration until on or after April 2, 2009.
