Notifications, Periodic Reports, and Annual Reports

Those facilities subject to MACT standards adopted under Title III of the Clean Air Act must submit notifications and other reports to the Bureau of Air Quality Evaluation at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. All of the required correspondence should be sent to:
