Click on "Log In Here" button to log into the portal.
Enter your ID and Password to log on to My New Jersey.
Click on “DEPOnline Services” on the State of New Jersey web page.
While in your My Workspace page, scroll down to the My Facility/Program Interests section and find the row containing the facility you are interested in. Then click on the Change Access icon in that row (the icon looks like a pencil and paper).
On the following screen, click on the drop-down menu and select Responsible Official, then click the Continue button.
On the following screen, read the Responsible Official definition. If you agree that the user qualifies as a Responsible Official, check off the "I agree" checkbox, then click on the Continue button.
On the next screen, click on the Continue button one last time. You will then be brought to your My Workspace screen.
You'll see that you now have Responsible Official access. Scroll down to the My Services - In Progress section, and click on the ID hyperlink corresponding to the permit. This will bring you back to the certification page. The blue ribbon will appear next to the Responsible Official row. Click on that and certify using your PIN.
