Note: Please be aware that some browsers may attempt to open
these files instead of downloading it.
If this occurs your browser will open a new window
with some unrecognizable characters. If this happens,
right click on the hyperlink and choose "save target
as" or "save
file as".
Also, some browsers may download the file with the .zip extension.
For example "param.rtb" may appear as "param.zip". Simply rename it to "param.rtb" to be able to import it into RADIUS.
If you are unable to see the file extension, please follow the steps below to change your Windows setting to allow you to see the extension name:
- From the Start menu or your desktop, choose "My Computer".
- Click on "Tools" from the top toolbar.
- Select "Folder Options".
- Then select the "View" tab.
- Scroll down to the checkbox for "Hide extensions for known file types" (make sure checkbox is unchecked, see screenshot below).
- Click Apply
This setting allows you to see the .zip extension so that you may change it to .rtb.

This table makes several new profile sets available in the Permit Requirements/Compliance Plan screen. The latest update is for boilers that burn liquid fuel in emergency only, and comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 7:27-19.25. Those boilers may be exempt from MACT JJJJJJ requirements for fuel oil provided they only combust oil for testing and maintenance for <= 48 hours per year. This table also includes 5 previously released profile sets associated with MACT Subpart ZZZZ (National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Reciprocating Combustion Engines), 2 sets associated with MACT Subpart JJJJJJ (National Emission Standards for Area Sources: Industrial/Commercial/Institutional Boiler), 4 sets for general permits and general operating permits for combined heat and power engines and turbines, and two requirements relating to emergency generators and fire pumps.
