RADIUSRADIUS Reference Table Download Page

Note: Please be aware that some browsers may attempt to open these files instead of downloading it. If this occurs your browser will open a new window with some unrecognizable characters. If this happens, right click on the hyperlink and choose "save target as" or "save file as".

Also, some browsers may download the file with the .zip extension.

For example "param.rtb" may appear as "param.zip". Simply rename it to "param.rtb" to be able to import it into RADIUS.

If you are unable to see the file extension, please follow the steps below to change your Windows setting to allow you to see the extension name:

  • From the Start menu or your desktop, choose "My Computer".
  • Click on "Tools" from the top toolbar.
  • Select "Folder Options".
  • Then select the "View" tab.
  • Scroll down to the checkbox for "Hide extensions for known file types" (make sure checkbox is unchecked, see screenshot below).
  • Click Apply

This setting allows you to see the .zip extension so that you may change it to .rtb.

Reference Tables available for download:

amtb_param.rtb
This table makes the air pollutant 'Sulfuric Acid Mist Emissions' available in the Compliance Plan screen. Furthermore, it makes following air pollutants available in the Potential to Emit screen and Compliance Plan screen: 'NMHC & NOx (Non-Methane Hydrocarbons & Oxides of Nitrogen)', 'Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5)', 'Methoxyethanol (2-) (methyl cellosolve)', and PM-2.5 Emission Offsets. Lastly, the name of the pollutant 'Butyl cellosolve' has been changed to 'Ethylene glycol mono-n-butyl ether (butyl cellosolve)'.

This file adds several new compliance plan profile sets to the RADIUS database.

amtb_unit.rtb
This file makes the following units of measure available in the compliance plan: grams/kW-hr, mg/MW-hr and mg/ton produced. In addition, a typographical error in the spelling of 'Ringelmann Smoke Chart' was corrected.

amtb_recordkeeping_method.rtb


This file changes recordkeeping method code G003 from "round chart" to "round chart (must be replaced with a DEP approved recording method upon renewal or modification)", and G008 from "invoices / bills of lading" to " invoices / bills of lading / certificate of analysis".

This file makes the following rule citations available for use in the compliance plan: "N.J.A.C. 7:27-30 (Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) NOx Trading Program)", "N.J.A.C. 7:27C (CO2 Budget Trading Program)", "N.J.A.C. 7:27C-1 (CO2 Budget Trading Program - General Provisions)", "N.J.A.C. 7:27C-8 (CO2 Budget Trading Program - Monitoring, Recordkeeping and Reporting)", "N.J.A.C. 7:27C-4 (CO2 Budget Trading Program - Compliance Certification)", "N.J.A.C. 7:27C-6 (CO2 Budget Trading Program - CO2 Allowance Tracking System)", "40 CFR 75 (Continuous Emission Monitoring)", and "40 CFR 97 (Federal CAIR NOx and SO2 Trading Programs)". The file also changes the description of "N.J.A.C. 7:27-30 (Emissions Trading)" to indicate it is a repealed rule.

mtb_submittal_action_type.rtb
This table makes the following new Submittal/Action Type codes available in the Compliance Plan: J035 (Obtain a Registration or Permit), J036 (Submit the required air permit application(s)), and J037 (Adjust the combustion process).

mtb_schedule.rtb
This file adds a new submittal/action schedule code F150 (within 45 days after the adjustment of the combustion process is completed) and F500 (Other). These codes are used in the in the compliance plan.

amtb_scc.rtb
This file corrects problems with some of the SCC codes used in the Emission Unit/Batch Process Inventory screen. You must download and install this reference table if you will be submitting emission statements to the Department.

This file changes compliance plan monitoring method code C034 from "pressure indicator" to "pressure measurement device

This file changes compliance plan averaging codes I060 from "the average of three tests" to "the average of three Department validated stack test runs" and I066 from "any 60 minutes" to "each of three Department validated stack test runs".
