7:27-31 in accord with the OTC NOX Budget Program
(1999-2002), and subsequently the NOX SIP Call (from

Some Notes About Downloading
- Upon opening these files, if Excel asks
you if you would like to update the linked information,
click "No".
- Some of these files may download as
duplicates. If this happens, while the versions are equivalent,
to minimize confusion while the file is open, continue
to refer to the same copy, e.g., Copy 2.
- Clicking on these Excel files directly
will cause them to open in Excel. If you have opened
the same named file previously in this manner, it may
still be stored in a temorary space on your hard drive.
In this case, it possibly will be the stored file that
displays rather than the current one. If the current
file listed above is a different version from the one
you have stored, this could lead to confusion. This
problem can be theoretically remedied by purging all
previous versions of the file stored in temporary directories
from your hard drive. If this does not solve the problem,
