This edition of the New Jersey Discharger starts the tenth year of publication. Back in 1993, we committed to keeping you informed about new policies, procedures, regulations, and upcoming events. Most of the early articles were geared toward the NJPDES program, however, the content gradually moved toward general water quality issues.
