An automatic renewal provision was incorporated into this permit when it was first issued effective March 1, 1998. Although the permit is set to expire February 28, 2003, permittees authorized under this general permit do not need to file a permit renewal application. When the Department renews this permit for an additional 5 years, all permittees still eligible to be authorized under this permit will automatically receive a new permit page with the new effective date.
