WITH YOUR DISCHARGE MONITORING REPORTS (DMRS)

Part IV of your permit requires that two copies
of all wet test reports be submitted to the following address:

All DMRS should be submitted separately to the Bureau of Permit Management
at the address specified in your NJPDES permit.
