Technical Assistance Provided for Sick Treatment Plants

Having compliance problems? Can't figure out why performance is suffering? In need of training for your plant operators? These issues and many more can be addressed through the Bureau of Construction and Connection Permit's technical assistance program. The program targets publicly owned treatment plants (POTWs) up to 5 million gallons per day design capacity with discharges to either surface or ground water.

Although technical assistance is intended to identify both problems that can be solved with on-site help and training, and those that require equipment upgrades, it is more directed toward solving operation and maintenance problems.
