In the final FFY96 Priority System, the Department established program deadlines which apply to second chance projects for the 1996 New Jersey Wastewater Treatment Financing Program. The items in the left hand column identify those activities which the project sponsor must satisfy in order to remain eligible in the applicable funding cycle. The 1996 deadlines are as follows:

In addition, the Department has tentatively established the program deadlines for the 1997 Program. They are as follows:
