The Office of Pollution Prevention and Permit Coordination recently published a new guide for businesses and residents that identifies the environmental permits, licenses, certificates, and approvals administered by the DEP. For each listed permit, the following information is provided:

Name of permit
Summary/general description
Agency that issues permit
Statutory authority for each permit
Contact for guidance and assistance
Estimated technical review timeframe
