The Division of Water Quality's newly revised application forms and completeness checklists were recently made available on the web. The forms are in Abobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) and may be downloaded directly from our web site at: www.state.nj.us/dep/dwq/forms.htm. At the present time, you will not be able to enter data electronically, but this feature will soon be added.
To view and print the forms, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software, which may be downloaded for free from Adobe's web site at: www.adobe.com/acrobat/.
For up-to-date division information, news items, and notices, check out the "Hot" button on our home page at www.state.nj.us/dep/dwq.
