Permit Actions Now Published in New Jersey Bulletin
The Division of Water Quality has begun publishing public notices for all NJPDES permit actions in the New Jersey Bulletin. These notices will be the only notice published for most Discharge to Surface Water permit actions issued for minor facilities. For major facilities or where there is significant public interest, the division will continue to publish public notices in regional newspapers in addition to the Bulletin.
The New Jersey Bulletin is available through the DEP's Bulletin Board at (609) 292-2006, or web site at www.state.nj.us/dep. Subscriptions are also available from the DEP's Bureau of Revenue at (609) 777-0417. A one year subscription costs $50.
Articles appearing in the New Jersey Discharger may be reprinted provided source credit is given.
