On April 6, 1999, the Division of Water Quality's Bureau of Nonpoint Pollution Control will conduct a one day course detailing the implementation of New Jersey's Ground Water Protection Program (GWPP). This course will provide an overview of the applicable rules, detailed training on developing and implementing a GWPP, and discussion of the various permitting alternatives available to dischargers. Both existing and prospective permittees will gain a better understanding of the GWPP concept through this course.
