NJDEP Rules on Web The Division of Water Quality recently made a current version of the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) rules available on its web site. These rules may be accessed at http://www.state.nj.us/dep/dwq/714a.htm or choose the area of interest from the choices below.

These rules, which include an index, have been formatted into 5 separate documents by subject area. Each subject area is viewable in an Adobe Acrobat document (.pdf). Following are the five subject areas:

	Subchapters Pertaining to All Discharges
	Subchapters Pertaining to DSWs and Indirect Dischargers
	Subchapters Pertaining to Ground Water
	Subchapter Pertaining to Use or Disposal of Residual
	Subchapters Pertaining to Treatment Works Approvals, Sewer Bans, and Sewer Ban Exemptions
