EPA is always looking for first class municipal wastewater treatment plants for its Regional award programs. This is a great opportunity for you and your staff to get recognized for the time and effort you put into running your facilities. There are nine categories of awards for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Excellence and four categories of awards for Beneficial Use of Biosolids (sludge).

There's no reason why New Jersey's municipal wastewater treatment plants should take a back seat to the rest of the country. But the State can't showcase what's been accomplished unless you make an effort to submit a Regional application which could lead to a National Award.
