New Monitoring Report Info on Web
The Division of Water Quality's Bureau of Permit Management has recently posted on the web a number of helpful documents related to the submission of Monitoring Report Forms (MRF). They may be accessed at: www.state.nj.us/dep/dwq/bpm.htm.
The following briefly describes these documents:
1/5/01 Follow Up Letter to Issues Raised at October 16, 2000 DMR Outreach Session
This document is a letter from James Hamilton, Administrator, Water Compliance and Enforcement, that was sent to all permittees with the January 2001 quarterly MRF mailing.
1/5/01 NJPDES MRF Supplemental Certification form
This document is for use of "Local Agencies Only" and was an attachment to the January 5, 2001 quarterly MRF mailing to permittees.
1/5/01 MRF Signature Requirements Changes
This document explains when the NJPDES MRF Supplemental Certification form is required to be submitted.
1/5/01 MRF Preparation and Mailing Guidelines
This document contains suggested guidelines for persons preparing MRF submissions for mailing to the Department. These guidelines are intended to facilitate the handling and processing of MRFs submitted to the NJDEP so that they are acknowledged and data entered in a timely manner.
