A Newsletter About New Jersey's Water Quality Programs

New Info on the Web

Need a Permit? Find Out Here...

The Division of Water Quality recently established a web site to help applicants determine when they need a permit and where to get the required forms and rules. The site features a series of questions, in each of the division's permitting areas, to help users identify what permits they may need. After each section, there are links to forms, rules, application checklists, and program contacts. Access the site at: www.state.nj.us/dep/dwq and click the "Need a Permit" button in the left column.

Water and Wastewater Operator's Course List

This web page includes the current training courses approved by the DEP for wastewater operator license renewals. Courses offered by Rutgers University, American Water Works Association, New Jersey Water Environment Association, New Jersey Water Association, and others are listed. Access the site at: www.state.nj.us/dep/dwq/student.htm.
