Expidited TWA Program Update

The Expedited Treatment Works Approval (TWA) Program recently recognized 15 engineering firms for their high quality application submissions. These firms, who consistently submitted complete applications, were granted the following incentives:
- Recognized Engineers are allowed to submit Expedited TWA applications with an increased project scope, expanded from the current maximum of 400 L.F. to a maximum of 1000 L.F. of sewer extension.
- Recognized Engineers' incentives would be valid for one (1) calendar year, beginning in January.
- Recognized Engineers will be acknowledged by the DEP and may be recognized before their peers by Professional Engineering groups.
Based on data from the past three years, the following 15 firms have qualified for the Engineer Recognition Program. Starting January 1, 2002 they are eligible to benefit from the program incentives.
