Sludge Quality General Permit for DTWs with permitted flow ≥ 5.0 MGD (S4G)

This general permit implements the provisions of the Sludge Quality Assurance Regulations for residual quality and quantity monitoring for Domestic Treatment Works that have a permitted flow greater than or equal to 5.0 MGD.
