Environmental Compliance Techniques - November 14, 2003

On November 14, 2003, representatives from the DEP attended a compliance assistance session hosted by the Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders in Paterson, New Jersey. In order to inform and prepare businesses within Paterson for the upcoming Compliance and Enforcement Sweep, DEP representatives discussed the basics of the overall inspection process as well as program specific inspections. The session was attended by approximately 60 businesses that took advantage of having the DEP representatives available to answer individual questions/concerns.
