David Hilgar's Winning Striped Bass

David Hilgar with Winning Bass David Hilgar of Fallsington, Pennsylvania, with the 35 1/8" striped bass he landed at the 10th Annual Governor's Surf Fishing Tournament held at Island Beach State Park on October 7, 2001.

David was awarded the Grand Prize and Governor's Cup.
