DEER CHECK STATION CHANGE IN WARREN COUNTY

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Division of Fish & Wildlife announces an important deer check station change in Warren County for the 2002-2003 deer seasons.

Sigler's Machine Shop on Island Dragway Road in Great Meadows will no longer check in deer. Hunters may instead check their deer at RDJ Service Center (Texaco station) at 275 Route 46 East in Vienna. The station will check in deer during all remaining seasons.

Hunters are reminded to check their deer at an open station nearest to the harvest location.
