Map Description:

Burlington County is working with twelve municipalities and with numerous developers and property owners to promote appropriate revitalization activities within our "River Route" planning region. This region includes attractive portions of the Delaware River waterfront, U.S. Route 130 frontage and eight River Line light rail transit stations. Rings identify different implications and opportunities for transit-oriented development for vacant and underutilized land parcels. Using a geodatabase, County planning staff will integrate this data with other site inventory data maintained in Microsoft Access by economic development staff to map, and guide, current redevelopment opportunities.
