NJ-GeoWeb Training Available for the Public!
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Geographic Information
Systems is offering a no-cost training opportunity for the general public. Each class will include instruction
on the use of DEP's updated internet mapping application - NJ-GeoWeb.
NJ-GeoWeb is
NJDEPs “next generation” environmental mapping tool that can provide information about your community, county, or state (NJ).
NJ-GeoWeb will assist users with becoming more engaged in decision-making about environmental issues in their communities.
NJ-GeoWeb's outstanding advances will make the i-MapNJ series obsolete in the future.
Create your own maps with this quick, easy to use, informative application. A review of the
DEP Data Miner will also be
included to show how to link the results of your geographic analysis with real-time environmental data in a searchable format.
