Electronic Applications: Submitting an E-LOI Application

Revisions

If you receive notification that either an Administrative revision or Technical revision is required, you will log into the portal and navigate to the "My Workspace" page where you will click on the "Apply for a LOI" link. This will once again take you to the instructions page, and when you click on "Continue" to the "Application Type Selection" page where you will select the "Revise an Existing LOI" option and click the "continue" button.

This will open the "Facility Selection" page (See Screenshot) which will contain a list of all applications for which you have a deficiency pending. (If you do NOT have any LOIs that have pending revisions, this screen will not show any selections.)

Select the facility (LOI) you wish to revise and click the "continue" button. This will open the "LOI Selection" page (See Screenshot), which will give you a selection of deficient LOIs for that file number (usually one unless you have multiple "Footprint of Disturbance" (FOD) LOIs for a particular site. If you do have multiple FODs, than you will have as many choices as you have deficient FODs (up to three).) Select the application you wish to revise and click the "continue" button. This will bring you back into the Site Information screen.

Portal Information Deficiencies: You are required to continue through the portal application process from this point on, revising any fields on each page that require revision pursuant to the deficiency e-mail you received. Fields that are greyed you are not allowed to edit. ONLY CHANGE FIELDS THAT WERE REQUIRED AS PART OF YOUR DEFICIENCY.

Application Information Deficiencies: If there is a deficiency with the supplemental information you uploaded on the "Attachment Upload" page (for example you uploaded the wrong tax map) than you must upload all revised documents on the Attachment Upload page.

Survey Deficiencies: If your deficiency required changes to your survey, you must upload a new copy of of your site plan (in PDF format). If the survey changes include changes to the site, wetlands and/or wetlands transition area boundaries, than you will also be required to upload revised polygons for your site. In addition, you will be required to submit revised hard copies of these revisions as instructed in your Deficiency e-mail.
