PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

The NJ Forest Tree Nursery grows and sells 300,000 seedlings annually. About 25 species of shrubs, conifers, and hardwoods are available. Anyone who owns land in the state is eligible to purchase seedlings. They cannot be resold or sold as Christmas trees or nursery stock.

Every third grader in the state is entitled to a free seedling when requested by their school.
