On November 7th, 2013 the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency added o-Nitrotoluene to the list of chemicals required for reporting on the Toxic Release Inventory (TRI). Facilities that manufacture, process, or otherwise use o-Nitrotoluene (CAS # 88-72-2) should begin collecting release information for TRI reporting as well as materials accounting information for the Pollution Prevention Report (RPPR ) due July 1, 2015 and inventory information for the Community Right To Know Survey due March 1, 2015.
