Wastewater, Drinking Water & Stormwater Financing

The Improving Water Quality Through the Abatement of Pollutants from Combined Sewer Overflows brochure explains combined sewer overflow issues and regulations. The Municipal Finance and Construction Element brochure provides an overview of regulatory programs and the types of financial assistance DEP provides for the planning, design and construction of public wastewater treatment, drinking water and stormwater management facilities. The Sewerage Infrastructure Improvement Act Grant Program brochure describes in detail the funding available to assist municipalities in meeting combined sewer overflow and stormwater management planning and design needs.
