• 11 Insert added to the RAO shell to address the condition where ground water contamination is solely related to historic fill and a Ground Water Remedial Action Permit is not required for that contamination. This change was codified at N.J.A.C.6.2(g)4.
• Removed existing Child Care Center (CCC) RAO shell language to reflect a new process of CCC license renewals. Consolidated some of the CCC shell language into one notice for ease of use by LSRPs since all the consolidated language is used in every CCC RAO. Changes to the consolidated notice also reflects that there is no impact to the CCC from an off site source(s), or if there was an impact, it has been mitigated.
