Practical Applications of the New Jersey Site Remediation Program

Wednesday, August 10, 2011
New Brunswick, NJ

This 8 hour course has been developed to provide a "hands-on" practical approach for Licensed Site Remediation Professionals, and other environmental professionals to learn about the site remediation regulations and guidance specific to LSRP program.

Participants will review actual site remediation case histories and as the case histories are reviewed and processed you will identify:

  • Applicable Forms, Fees and submittal documents required to process the case
  • Applicable Mandatory and Regulatory Time Frames
  • Applicable guidance and regulations, including discussion on the application of best professional judgment in making decisions on the appropriate course of action

Seating is limited to 100 participants, so register early.
