[SRRA] Remedial Action Permit Requirements for RCRA GPRA 2020, CERCLA and Federal Facility Sites under Traditional DEP Oversight

The Department has developed guidance on how Remedial Action Permits will be implemented at RCRA GPRA 2020, CERCLA and Federal Facility Sites. The document that is posted on the Department's training and tools web page at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/guidance/srra/rem_action_permit_dep_oversight.pdf outlines when remedial action permits and biennial certifications are required and information on the associated fees and oversight costs at RCRA GPRA 2020, CERCLA and Federal Facility sites. It is suggested you review this document, particularly if you have a case involving one of these types of facilities.
